Orders

I cannot place my order. What do I do?
We recommend you to try the following suggestions:

  • Use a different browser or device. Alternatively, you can use incognito mode.
  • Check that your payment information is correct and that you have enough balance in your account.
  • Empty the shopping cart and start from scratch, and log in and out of your account if necessary.
  • Try another payment card or another payment method.
  • If you still experience trouble, please contact us at post@amichibelle.com.

Different billing address from the delivery address
The billing address can be different from the delivery address. In the payment section of the checkout, you have the option to register a different billing address, e.g if you want to send a nice surprise to anyone.

Usage of mobile number in the checkout
There are some limits in the field for telephone numbers to secure you receive tracking. Remember you need to use your mobile number in the checkout, please also insert the country code e.g for Norway 0047.

Additional costs on the purchase order
Purchase orders to some countries may be subject to import duties. As the buyer, your are responsible for any import duties. These fees are charged by the local authorities. Contact your local customs office for more information. Please see this page about tax and import duties.
Please note that duty fee regulations to any country may be changed at all times without any further notice.

Shipping

Shipping principles 

  • All products are shipped from our warehouse near Oslo, Norway.
  • Check if your purchase will be subject to import duties.
  • Orders are shipped with Posten Bring for Norway, and Bring Parcel for the rest of Europe and other parts of the world.
  • We ship to most countries in Europe and other parts of the world.
  • We do not offer express shipping.

Delivering your puchase order
We ship your purchase order with Bring. Your order will be delivered to the nearest delivery point registered to your mail zip code. Please pay attention to the collection deadline.

Estimated delivery time
We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
The standard delivery time within Norway is 3-6 business days.
The standard delivery time for orders to Europe is 10-14 business days.
Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries, as well as the process time in holidays and peak periods.

Opening hours
We will do our very best to answer your questions within 48 hours. During campaign and peak seasons longer response times may occur, as well as when there are delays on other matters beyond our control.

Longer response time during peaks
Our response time may be a bit longer than usual during popular peak seasons.
If you have already contacted us, we will respond as soon as possible. Your inquiry will not be forgotten, so it is not neccessary to contact us several times about the same matter.
