What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact form

Personal data is captured when you submit a contact form on our site. We keep the contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. Contact form entries and analytics records will be kept for a year, and customer purchase records for 5 years. We collect personal information in the contact form such as name, email address and your comment field in the form.

Media

We are not allowing visitors to upload images or videos to the website: amichibelle.com.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website. The purpose is both to make the user experience better for you by having the website remember your settings, which pages you have visited and other information that you have entered and want the website to remember so that you do not have to enter this every time. We do not use cookies to see which websites you visit after you have been on our websites. We also do not store information that enables us to identify you as a person.It is voluntary for you who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services, for example to submit a form.

If you visit this website, we still collect de-identified information about the visit through the tool Google Analytics. The purpose of this is to prepare statistics which we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the websites. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit various pages on the website, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.

The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. By de-identified we mean that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is de-identified so that only the first three groups in the address are used to generate statistics. In addition, the IP addresses are processed on an aggregated level, which means that all data is combined into one group and not processed individually.

It is not open to post articles or comments on this site and neither upload pictures and videos.

All visitors can ask for their personal information at any time and ask to get it deleted at any time. Purchase, Payments and Who has access to purchase information

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

The amount is deducted from your payment accounts according to the payment method you choose. When paying by card, the amount will be deducted directly from the card, and the purchase will be prepayed before you receive the goods. 

All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations. If a reservation cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the payment and the order cannot therefore be completed.
