This page gives you information about returns, refunds and exchanges of purchased amichibelle products®. amichibelle® wants you to be happy and she is very sorry if you have received a product that does not meet your requirements.

Return policy amichibelle®

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from you receive your purchase at pick up point or it is been delivered to your door.
  • If 14 days have passed since you recieved your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • If you have bought a product that needs to be returned, we must receive your return of the product accordingly to the list below. If not, amichibelle® retain the right to withhold your refund. She needs to be able to sell her product again, and therefore it is important that she receives it back in the same condition as when the product was delivered to you. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. 
  • The product must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, due to hygenic reasons, e.g panties and nurturing.

Criteria for approval of returning amichibelle® products

  • Products purchased at may be returned up to 14 days from you have received your goods from the purchase.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging. 
  • Do not stick or write anything on the original packaging.
  • Products must have all tags attached as when we received the product back.
  • Products must be returned together with all the accessories they came with.

Return instructions
To make a return, please follow these instructions below. Returns sent in any other way may not be received or approved.

  1. You must fill out the return form that came with your order.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product by post/mail to: Jensen Trollete Gjeng, Postboks 206, Zip code: 1392, City: Asker, Country: Norway.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • amichibelle® and Jensen Trollete Gjeng will not replace or give you a refund for lost return goods.

Refund policy amichibelle® 

Please read about the refund policy below.

  • Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.
  • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • amichibelle® will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased product in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take between 14 business days to process once a return has been delivered back to the amichibelle® shop.
  • Products purchased on amichibelle® cannot be exchanged at present, and you must place a new order if you want another colour, size, or product.
  • Original shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. 
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I exchange sizes, colors or products?
  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges, so you need to return your product accordingly to the Return policy.
  • Please place a new order for the desired product.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that you can buy a new product with the same discount, if you need to return a product bought during a campaign.
I ordered the wrong size. How do I exchange it?
  • If you need to change sizes, please return the product to us. We will refund your money back to the payment method that was used for the purchase.
  • You need to place a new order with a different size when you wish to.
Please note: Products purchased with a discount in a campaign period may be returned for a refund, but they cannot be exchanged. We cannot guarantee that you can buy a new product with the same discount if you need to return a product bought during a campaign
